the german magazine cd-kritik (click here to view it) has spoken: decreeing "in parole povere" ‘as the album of the year 2007’, the joe barbieri’s work (published in italy by microcosmo dischi and in germany by le pop disk) won against radiohead, sigur ros, vinicius cantuaria and many others great artists. joe barbieri follows the former winner (the portuguese mariza with her ‘concert em lisboa’) and the other previous winners like bjork, kate bush or benjamin biolay.
